My order from Discount Dance Supply showed up packed really well, like my shoes were being protected from a natural disaster or something. The shoe box wasn’t crushed at all, and everything inside looked clean, safe, and totally fine.

The only thing I didn’t love was that they used more plastic than I expected. I opened it and was like, wow, okay, this is a lot. Not the end of the world, but definitely more than I would’ve preferred.

Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived. Nothing was damaged, everything looked good, and the packaging absolutely did its job. Not perfect, but i was relieved everything made it in such good shape

I actually thought the brand selection was really good. There were a bunch of dance brands all in one place, which made shopping way easier. Yeah, a few sizes were sold out, but that happens pretty much anywhere, so I don’t think that’s a huge deal. Overall, I still found it simple to browse and would shop there again.

My daughter’s leotard ended up being on backorder, so I was a little nervous it wouldn’t get here in time. I don’t usually have a ton of faith in customer service updates because they can be vague, but Discount Dance actually kept me posted and it shipped sooner than I thought it would. I did reach out once to ask about it, and they were nice and straightforward. Overall it was way easier than I expected, and I don’t really have any complaints.

I ordered from outside the US and the dance shoes were actually fine once they finally showed up, like, no complaints about the quality at all. But the international shipping was really slow, and the tracking barely updated, so I kept wondering if the package was lost or stuck somewhere. Oh, and I ended up paying extra customs too, which maybe I missed at checkout, but still kind of annoying. So yeah, not a bad experience overall, but I’d only order again if I wasn’t in a hurry.

I ordered a pair of jazz shoes and a couple of leotards from discountdance.com last year because I was trying not to spend a ton. i wasn’t expecting anything amazing for the price, but after a lot of classes and plenty of washes, the leotards still look good and haven’t stretched out in a weird way.

The shoes definitely have some scuffs now, but the soles and stitching are still holding up, which is what matters to me. Shipping was a little slow one time, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but for the cost and how long everything has lasted, I’d order from them again.

One item arrived a day later than expected, which was mildly annoying in a very calm, totally unbothered way. I’d still order from them again, but probably not if I needed something right before a recital.

The return policy itself seems reasonable, so I can’t complain too much there. But having to pay for shipping it back is a bit frustrating, and then waiting around for everything to be processed just makes it more annoying than it needs to be.
